Stories put the brain to work! When hearing a story, not only are the language processing parts in our brain activated, but any other areas in the brain that we would use when experiencing the events of the story are too.
Each lesson is designed in a progressive story format in which students solve challenges in order to get the next part of the story. This format, similar to a video game style, keeps kids engaged, active, and always looking for the next part of the story!
By combining different kinds of sciences in the same class, the brain is constantly switching from right to left. An active brain is a happy brain, and a happy brain is a learning brain.
